Summary Solider Residential Complex is a neighborhood next to an strategic developed residential and touristic areas. The study included two alternatives, each one of them has it’s unique way dealing with the program needs. The main street (east to west) intersect with the commercial sector, creating a major path for the complex. Population density: 300 p\h Land Area: 11 H Building coverage percentage: 40% 31 eight store residential tower 12 four store building block We used in this alternative the radial system in the layout, making a central nodes for the complex. Blocks follows the same system around the main node in the project, giving it the null point in the complex. Quality green areas in between blocks.
