The project is a residential tower in Marouta city in Damascus. It consists of several stories with different purposes, shapes, architectural and structural solutions. The building will define the skyline of the region, with its exotic design, greenbuilding technology and complex solutions with regard to structural and MEP systems adopted. All requirements are met to ensure leisure and luxury for the inhanitants.
